Returned Goods Policy

Our Company procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and good condition.

Goods must have been purchased directly from Beautyseles.

1. All Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

3. Customers are advised to examine all products upon receipt and to notify us immediately should there be any faulty or damaged stocks.

Returning a Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods sent.

1. Kindly email beautyseles95@gmail.comwith the reason of return, your contact detail, before returning to us in order to facilitate the returning process.

2. The cost of returning goods will only be facilitated by De Pink Summer Collection in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect sent product.

3. The goods must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
